Making a return to Not On The High Street

Returns and refunds are handled directly with the partners (sellers) of Not On The High Street.  There are a small number of items that cannot be sent back, unless the item is damaged, not fit for purpose or does not match the description of the item you purchased.

If you wish to cancel your order, please tell the seller as soon as possible.  You have 28 days to notify the seller if you wish to cancel or exchange the item you purchased.  You can do this by going to your account > my orders > select order > contact seller.

If you have already received the item, you can return the item within 14 days if it does not fall into the ‘non-returnable’ items.  You will need to cover the cost of the return postage when returning an item to Not On The High Street.
